Windows App doesn't work

I installed the Window app for NextDNS as instructed in the instructions, but it doesn't work. Every time I enter my personal NextDns page it tells me that I am not connected. How can I fix it?

    problem with the production of the application, which they did wrong and it doesn't have the necessary files to work, because it starts after two days or so or when you restart the computer or notebook it stops starting, and keeps giving an error, because it doesn't find the NextDNSService auivos .dll to be able to communicate, it is urgently necessary for NextDNS to correct this error as soon as possible because what cannot be done is to keep installing and uninstalling the NextDNS application to make it work.

Before updating the application it was working perfectly now it is rubbish.
