Rewrites not working

I have a rewrite for home.stavros.io to 192.168.10.4, but they don't seem to be working reliably:

Why is this?

    Possibly web3 activated in the settings? Don’t know for sure.

    It turned out I'm dumb and that column there is the requesting IP, not the response. The actual issue was that my router has a setting for "use upstream DNS server along manual ones", thank you.
