Configuring nextdns on router

On my Isp router settings there's a DNS section that contains Domain name, Host name and IP address, I've entered my DoT settings under Domain name and Host name. And used Dns address under IP but I couldn't get it to work

    Be sure that the device support DoT, some only support DoH or DNSCrypt...

    Maybe it needs prefix:

    Do you use standard ASUS firmware or the third-party Asuswrt-Merlin firmware?

      I'm using ZTE router with the model ZXHN H188A, I've heard some settings are locked by isp but not sure if dns is one of them
