Load Balancing Error?

I raised this in the discussion forum as I wasn't sure if this was a bug or something else.  However, I  have not had any responses to that post, and from what I can tell, this currently does look to me like a NextDNS load balancing issue.  Appreciate any help I can get to investigate/resolve this issue.
