NextDNS Service interrupted

Hi,

I have a NextDNS subscription (paid plan), with 3 profiles defined.

For one specific profile, the service works fine for a while (10 min aprox). After that, it's stops responding to DNS request. 

I'm attaching dashboards screenshots showing this. And Router screenshots showing the DNS request are outgoing from the router, but with no incoming answer.

Is this a bug?

    Please, I need help to solve this issue. Wich is the SLA te get an answer? 

    If I need to escalate this complaint through a different channel, please advise me on how to proceed.

       I would delete the profiles that are not working. GO to settings in the app or online. scroll to the bottom and click the DELETE button in red. This removes the profiles, and logs. then go to the top of the page and create a new profile for the one you just deleted. Name it something different than before. Scroll down and choose where to store the logs. Apply all your preferred settings, and Ping that profile from the NextDNS app. All should be working well. Do the same with the other profile. I make sure my 3 profile's logs are all stored in different locations. Make sure all 3 profiles have different names. Anytime you see an unfixable error, just delete the profile, and start over. I wouldn't click "Copy Settings Of This Profile To A New One" button, because that profile my have errors and was not allowed to connect.
