Can't pay subscription

I can't pay because all our cards have OTP verification like many people in my country, it's enforced by the banks. But the only way to pay is to add card, do the otp succesfully (all works up to that point), but not get charged. Later the payment is requested on the backend which gets refused because it does not support OTP at that point.

It's not the first service we're going to end up unable to subscribe to. Why can't you have a direct payment option where i pay my whole year right now, put the OTP and that's it, come back in a year to pay again?

I had to quit 1password for the same reason. That's too bad because I was quite happy with NextDNS for the few days i've been using it.

Please provide card payment option that allows paying immediately, on schedule does not work for us due to OTP.
