Mangadex resolve to 127.0.0.1

I was trying to access mangadex.org on my jailbroken iPhone 8 plus with nextdns as dns. Safari errored out with “no response”, i tried curl -v mangadex.org directly and logs shows that mangadex.org is resolved to 127.0.0.1 and ::1.
