What platform, what device? It’s very difficult for anyone to give help without these bits of info.

I assume you installed the profile way? If so try this: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-to-delete-custom-dns-profile-from-network-preference.2293322/post-32588338

I have no idea if it works as none of my Macs can even run the newer systems.

Yes it was installed with a profile, which I have a copy. This was installed by a friend who thought it would fix an e-mail spam issue. I also have 2 sets of passwords. It would have been nice if I had a copy of why it looked like b4. Seems like the router now has a IP of 192.168.4.1 Really appreciate anyone who will help. Thank you!

Thank you for the link, I tried it and there was nothing in the box to delete. What I do not understand this is a app in the Apple store so why is it so how to figure out?

If it was installed from the App Store, just go to Applications folder and delete NextDNS from there. Restart afterwards to clear up anything else.

Nope not there however, in the downloads section, I found a certificate for NextDNS. Also, on the top of the profile page there are links, when I feel lucky.  Since there are DNS and IP changes, thinking its part of the router. Thank you!

If it has been set up using IPv4 addresses, please be on the lookout for 45.90.28.* & 45.90.30.* as these are the ones being used by NextDNS.
Also check your network settings on the Macs, may have been put there also.

I am using M1 Mac and I have deleted NextDNS profile from System Settings.

Still when I go to https://my.nextdns.io/ it shows Mac is still using NextDNS.
