NextDNS stopped blocking and logging queries

Yesterday I ran out of my NextDNS free quota and bought the annual pro plan, but new queries are not getting logged and nothing is being blocked on any devices at all. I've checked test.nextdns.io and ping.nextdns.io and I'm connected to their servers. I don't use nextDNS with linked IP, every device is set up through seperate profiles or DNS-over-HTTPS. Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you confirm under settings in the portal that logs are enabled, you have your retention set and storage location?

       Yes, I checked all of those settings, created a new profile and everything else I could do to make sure the issue wasn't on my side. The accounts section also said I'm subscribed to the pro plan but it still wasn't working, contacted support but didn't hear anything back from them since so I got a refund instead.
