High ping in Belarus

Hi, I have a big ping in Belarus(Beltelecom).

Anexia Looking Glass(Router: Warsaw) shows me 8-10ms instead of 70ms(30 for zepto) from NextDNS.

 
And it shows the same ping to Frankfurt, although these locations are much closer.

    What can I do in this situation to reduce the ping? Is there anything I can do on my end?

      You can switch to Anycast connection. Whether this is possible depends on how you setup to use NextDNS on your devices.
