Sky News App iPad not working live videos or other videos

Hi, I have tried unblocking various dns queries identified from logs but to no avail does the logs capture what is blocking videos being unable to play on sky news app, I tried different profiles one running nextdns via asus router and another using signed profiles, both give issues and logs are not capturing what is being blocked to not allow watching sky news live, tried disabling various ad block profiles like energised spark /ultimate etc but to no avail
