New Random Named Device

I just noticed a new named device on my service. From what I can see they are based out of Vietnam(or has their VPN locked to that) while I am based in the US. I don't see them doing anything malicious through the logs but I don't know how they got access to my account. Unfortunately I don't see anything on NextDNS that allows me to just remove access from that specific device. I feel a little lost on what to do short of deleting the entire profile and starting over, which I would really prefer not to do. They are using an iPhone 7 Plus if that changes anything.

    If your profile ID is contaminated, the only solution is to delete the profile and create a new one.
