    Check the app list under parental controls.  Telegram is listed.

      Calvin Hobbes that doesn't work. I think i need to buy new router 馃様 my stupid router doesn't have option to block IPs 馃檪

    any idea what DoH IP is telegram using? so it can be blocked via firewall
