Won't update on UDM-P and no answer from support email?

I have a UDM-P and did the CLI install.  Worked great.  At some point, updates wouldn't install.  I tried to uninstall and re-install that failed.  The I did a factory restore on the router and tried to install and that didn't work either.  I have mailed the support three times since 9/5 and no answer.

Help?

Here’s what I’m getting on my UDM-P.

This is an issue with UDM beta firmware. Please execute “unifi-os shell” before launching the installer.

Duh.  Thanks that worked, I get it.  Anyone else having issues, don't do email.  This is such faster!
