DNS bad resolve
In the latter, I have a lot of problems using NextDNS. like can't play Black desert, PUBG Mobile it show can't connect server but I try use google dns or cloudflare that can solve the problem.
I try nslookup to show ip answer NextDNS answer me to USA IP
but google and cloudflare answer me to Thailand IP
and PUBG Mobile NextDNS answer me to China and Singapore IP it not stable some time can play PUBG some can't play PUGB
but google dns answer me to Thailand IP
I hope NextDNS solves this problem.
Rewrite it not good to solves because I have to maintain the IP list if IP has changed

I think the IP address is not the same on all countries, maybe they are using a CDN like CloudFlare. For example, https://check-host.net/check-ping?host=nintendohill.com does not have the same IP everywhere.
I see "Akamai" with is a CDN, so the IP address could not be the same every time you ping.
If via Google and CloudFlare DNS you can resolve PUBG servers correctly then I think that the domains are blocked on your NextDNS config, try to check the logs and if it's red is because is blocked then if so whitelist it, clear the DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns on Win) and try again.
Let me know if something happens! :)
