NextDNS and Mullvad VPN on iOS

Hello,

Is it possible to use NextDNS with Mullvad VPN at the same time on iOS?

    Yes, first download some Mullvad WireGuard configs for your iPhone. Once that’s done, completely delete the DNS server on the WireGuard configs in the WireGuard app. Make sure your DNS is set to use NextDNS in iOS settings and it will fall back to using system DNS (NextDNS in this case) when you toggle the Mullvad WireGuard config on. Also, make sure you have unchecked use ultra low latency network in the NextDNS app. For whatever reason it won’t work with this enabled, it will fallback to using anycast which is fine. It took me forever to figure this out btw.

      Lorenzo Ori nope it def works and has for months. Just make sure you use the WireGuard iOS app and not the Mullvad iOS app and you delete the DNS server out of the WireGuard app it will fall back to using NextDNS.

    Try to avoid mullvad, unfortunately after mozilla deal he decided to rent nordvpn style servers
