My own website got blocked and whitelisting doesn't help.

Hello, I made a static website on github and used custom domain on it. My website is takattofs2.ml At first i thought it was some error with my domain register but until disabling nextdns my site back to working. Why is it?

    It got blocked by AI-Threat detection from what I see on the logs but whitelisting it works just fine, so yeah false positive I guess but whitelisting works.
