DNS servers are changing overnight

I’m located in east cost USA and all of sudden the NextsDNs is connecting to the following serves, then reverting back to the USA ones -

You use 2 DNS servers:
2a0b:4342:4000:11:216:3cff:fe30:dcba

185.209.84.31
 [Russian Federation, AS57578 Misaka Network Inc.]

    This was a temporary issue affecting a few networks. It has been fixed.
