Can't install on arch-based distro

Hi, I'm using bash shell on EndeavourOS, an arch-based distro. When running:

sh -c "$(curl -sL https://nextdns.io/install)"

After typing my sudo password, I got the following error:

systemctl: invalid option -- “c”

If I manually download the script and run it, I get:

ERROR: Unsupported OS: GNU/Linux ID=endeavouros ID_LIKE=arch BUILD_ID=2022.04.08
ERROR: Unknown bin location for

INFO: GOOS: linux

What would be your advice for me to move on? Thanks.
