100ms+ with anycast 45.90.28.0

Hi,

I'm experiencing a latency issue with the primary anycast IP (45.90.28.0) - https://nextdns.io/diag/1f01faa0-3507-11ed-9155-5f50394d4095

 

Is this by design (region redundancy) or specific to the anycast IP?

Also, how can I setup the router to always choose ultralow IPs?
