NextDNS not blocking ads on iOS

Hello, I noticed that NextDNS does not block ads on iOS like it does on my Mac. Is this normal? Why is it behaving differently? Are there other ways in which NextDNS functions differently on iOS than on Mac?

    First verify that your iOS device is definitely using NextDNS.

    Also, in app ads are often hosted at iad.apple.com. That's included in many block lists, but not all of them. Try manually adding 

    iad.apple.com

    to your deny list.

    Check your logs for iad.apple.com and see whether that host has been blocked

    I tried this out and unfortunately nothing changed :/
