Delay after subscribing to Pro?

My free account recently exceeded the 300,000 queries per month. I've been getting a lot of value out of the service, so I decided to upgrade to a Pro account.

The checkout process was smooth and it claims to have upgraded my account to Pro (account page).

But, I'm not seeing any new logs or analytics and it's been at least 15 minutes.

Is there a delay before the subscription is active? Is this a bug with accounts that have exceeded their free limit and then upgraded?

    I think I had a similar issue when I upgraded as well on my personal NextDNS Pro account.  I changed my log retention time as low as possible, cleared my logs, then changed the retention time back to what I wanted, and got it working again this way.
