NextDNS prevents websites to load

Hello,

I've been a happy user of NextDNS for couple of months now, but recently (~2 days) ago I noticed reoccurring issues with accessing some websites. for example learn.acloud.guru refuses to show content after log in, and today I noticed even reddit.com can't be loaded with the error in console: NS_ERROR_NET_TIMEOUT

As a first troubleshooting step I removed every blocklist, disabled all settings that could block stuff, but still, same issue.

I went back to the cloudflare dns and everything started to work again.
