DNS over HTTPS Stalls

Over the last few days it seems that DNS over HTTPs stalls for no reason intermittently.  UDP DNS resolution is fine.

vulture-chi-1 is my resolution server via test.nextdns.io

This is also present in the iOS app.  Only way to resume DNS resolution is to turn NextDNS off.
