My Account Disappeared

My Account Disappeared.

I typed the correct password but can't login. Tried to forgot password, but no email was sent.

Then I tried to sign up, it created a new account for me.

    You probably created the original account with a different email or the same email but with a typo. You can send us the profile id associated with the first account so we can help you find it.

    I have the same issue and my account is gone.  i contacted the Staff account with my NextDNS ID to help me recover it. awaiting their reply.
