Cannot login to account
I recently reset my device. I am now trying to log into next dns but keep getting email or password incorrect. I tried to reset my password but I didn't receive any emails from nextdns. I went back to my email and I can still see emails from them a few months ago so I know it's the correct email. I paid for the year of service and now it seems my access lost. I tried creating a new account with the same email to see if it would say email already in use but it didn't. I just made a new account and it says this device is being used with a different profile. That must mean my account login was lost somehow. I need help fixing this especially since I paid for the year. Support can you help?

Please send the configuration id linked to the other account and the email of your account in DM

If you use a mobile device:
-change the browser to desktop mode
-touch and hold the user name (NextDNS)
