Difference in Normal DNS vs DNS over TLS

After changed my personal domain Nameservers to Cloudflare everything works except my main domain, but only when using DNS over TLS. If I remove the settings end use the "normal" Next DNS servers from my setup everything works. 

Tried others DNS over TLS and the domain is resolved without any issue but with Next DNS I still get Name not Resolved. 

Any help how to fix this?

    The first and third test give the wrong result. If a use other dns or only the second legacy as dns the page opens with no problem. 

    Tried Google DNS, Quad9, Cloudflare and all works.
