Website or App not loading even with all settings turned off. Nothing blocked in logs

Hi all,

like title says i cannot load website https://www.4ka.sk/ or their android app "Moja 4KA" with Next DNS turned on.

What i tried:

-checking my logs if it is blocked (i understand how logs work, in the beginning where i started using nextdns i fixed all broken websites by allowing necessary addresses)

-i put in allowlist every address related to 4ka.sk

-Checking if my ip is linked correctly

-turning all settings off (by "all" i mean really nothing was enabled in the settings)

-flushing dns on windows and restarting

-restarting android phone, turning wifi off and on, airplane mode, restart, app reinstall, wipe of app data

-I have next dns on router and also on mobile as DoH - the only way i can make this website work is to set dns on auto in my phone and using cellular data (that means i completely get rid of NextDNS)

 

This is the only web/app i cannot fix.

Any ideas? Is this NextDNS bug or the website is too sensitive to custom DNSs?

    No issues accessing the site with NextDNS from my location, currently.

    Linked IP is only needed if you use DNS v4, the IP. It is not needed for DNS v6 or encrypted DNS like DoH.

    Since you say that even the app doesn't work it mean it's not just some add-ons or browser setting. 

    Check to see what DNS answers you get

    https://dns.nextdns.io/?name=www.4ka.sk&type=A

    If it's not  62.197.241.212 And 62.197.241.211 try to set rewrite for the 4ka.sk with this answers, since the website is working also on me and even the app is loading fine up to the login or registering. If you don't have some firewall or something on device / router I don't see what other issue can be.

       you can retry other DNS servers, for example.  may be on other servers, website can normal opening.  i.e. using nextDNS servers, but on other location, other countries. for example Bulgaria, Macedonia, if you living on Balkans

       I am not sure if i understand what you mean. How can i changed location of nextdns servers?

       

      Also another thing i noticed but it is only showing in some browsers - when i try to open this website i got this error 

      This site has been blocked by the network administrator.

      Block reason: Gateway BOTNET Filter Alert

      IP address: my IPv4 address is here.

      Connection initiated from Botnet server. If you believe the above web site is rated incorrectly click here. - when i click here it just reloads the website.

       

      This is not typical block page caused by NextDNS blockage.

       

       but i dont think that Linked IP could cause problems because i created also another dns profile for testing, which was without linked ip and it was the same. The app is also opening fine for me, but when i enter my email address or telephone number to log in, it does not respond.

        What server are you currently using? What country are your requests going to? What DNS address do you have registered?  

      For example: me using anexia-mow-1
