Secondary linked ip is not working

Hi

I use linked ip on my router without encrypted dns possibility.

First ip with ".28' is working fine, but ".30" is not.

Can you fix this?

My router is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

       In IPv6 both servers respond OK. But in IPv4 only ".28". Best.
