Login button is inactive on some websites

When I enable NextDNS, login button on some websites stays inactive. When I disable NextDNS, login button works. When I load this page, I see in NextDNS log some blocked domains. The problem is, that when I unblock all these blocked domains, this page still won't let me log in. Is there anything else, that I cant see  in NextDNS logs ? Some domains, that are blocked, but not logged ?

The example website is https://www.postimees.ee .

Any ideas ?  Thanks !

    Added all initially blocked domains to allow list one by one. Waited 6 mins after each addition. but login button stays inactive. When I disable routing all DNS inquiries to NextDNS filters, login button works. Thanks anyway, your answer will help to know in which direction to investigate further.
