This device is using NextDNS with no profile

Yesterday, I setup NextDNS using my router using Ipv4 with linked IP. Initially on my mobile I got the error, I was running adguard, i changed some settings and it started working. On another device i tried to see if its working or not I see the same error, that device has no adguard or any tool, I dont know whats going wrong on the second device. What does this erroe even mean? I logged in with same account on both devices, one works fine, others not. How its differing from device to device if its configured on router level?

    Looks like its fixed after turning off private dns in mobile devices. It was using Auto setting.
