Ability to group and add a description/notes to Allow List

It would be very helpful to add notes or a description when I make an Allow List entry that way I can note why I added the Allow List for when I come back to it. It would be even more useful if I could group Allow Lists together so I can say make a "Allow Hulu" group and have all the related allow list entries to it

    This would be a great enhancement NextDNS could make. I wish there was a way to know that this (and the several similar "Ideas" posts) is on NextDNS's radar..

    A reply to another post on here requesting the same thing two years ago mentioned this userscript which essentially patches the my.nextdns.io website to add this functionality: hjk789/NXEnhanced

       it would be great to know what features are being considered. I did find that extension post as well but for security I don’t use browser extensions and aren’t even allowed to on l work computer so really hoping for a standard feature for this
