Please add option to add my own adblock lists!

Hi can you please add an option to add my own filtering lists ? As I would love to switch to OISD Big and add few other lists for mobile ads blocking.

    Or you could change it so when adding filters it could show us a list from filterlist site like https://filterlists.com/
