This device is not using NextDNS.
We have five ubiquity dream machine Pro SE's and each one has a static wan address we configured with next DNS. It was working last night and overnight all of them say the device is not using next DNS. How do I fix this? Using the educational package and selected 600+ students....

Over night and the others are only about 60k. What is going on this should be working....

Is that the same issue as from your other thread?

I assume you are not using dns guard on unfi as they do not yet support custom urls required to use your next dns profiles so you need to use unencrypted dns if you want to see on your profiles
In UniFi check on each wan interface do you still see the next dns ip addresses for you profile on these dream machines?
using this method your firewall need to allow port 53 out to internet

I just saw the other thread generally dns and your users , can be broken if you are blocking valid domains not saying you are but it will cause outages if you are

Lastly if you installed Nextdns profile on udm to use DoT or DoH UniFi are gonna to tell you that “not supported” good luck hope you find your issue

I got this issue I've set it up in my router both ip4 and 6 but still says I'm not connected to nextdns
