Add IP certificate to domain

Currently, all secure DNS (DoT/DoQ/DoH) have been completely blocked. If dns.nextdns.io does not support IP certificates, they will be completely invalid.

    Blocked by what? They could block the IP too. Consider using doh-cf-workers on github to forward DoH queries to your NextDNS instance.

       In some areas, domain-based blocking technology has become the norm, which seems to also be effective for secure DNS using domain names, while IP methods are not affected.
