Being connected to the highest ping server for a few days, why?

Hi everyone, does anybody know why am I being connected to the highest ping server instead of the lowest one(s)? Thanks in advance!

    I am having the same issue! Only when i use the Windows App will it connect to the lowest ping servers. I need help resolving this issue as my DNS is set on my router.
