Pro Account wrong password and mail not recived

I have a NextDNS Pro account registered with emilianoo@tiscali.it.
Unfortunately, I can no longer log in: the system reports “incorrect password” and I never receive the password reset email when I use the reset form.
What I already tried:
Checked all folders (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions).
Verified the email address is correct.
Tested with different browsers, devices, and incognito mode.
Cleared cache and cookies.
Contacted support multiple times and opened a ticket (refused due to “too long response times”).
Current situation:
I have an active Pro subscription (I can provide payment proof).
My account remains inaccessible, and I cannot reset the password.
Request:
Please re-enable my access or resend the reset password email to emilianoo@tiscali.it,
OR migrate my active Pro plan to a new email/account I will provide,
OR issue a refund if neither of the above is possible.
I can immediately provide:
Screenshot of the login error
Payment receipt
Ticket ID from previous attempts
Please help me restore access to my Pro account.
