Does not support multi-user session on Windows

Hi,

I have 3 setup :

- one for my mobile

- one for my laptop for my user

- one for my laptop for my kids (another user)

The first user which trigger the NextDNS client (windows) will be used for all session.
I can check by loading the page 'my.nextdns', it will display the profil i'm currently used.

Would it be possible to use different setup for windows user somehow ?
