NextDNS stopped working

Just joined NextDNS, but after using the service for less than 3 hours, the service stopped working. Is on a pro account and did not even reach 300 000 queries.

Upgraded to a business account hoping for some email support.

      Hey 

      All DNS queries failed, no websites could be reached at all.

      pi3tsa Can you also give the device your using if PC if you are using Yoga or NextDNS client and if Mobile the OS App or Built in options. Basically info about how you use it to see what's wrong. Even if I dont understand myself it's useful to give so NextDNS support helps more efficiently.

      Hey I am using a router and linked the static IP to my NextDNS account. I added the NextDNS server addresses to the router.

      On my NextDNS account I added parental control for porn and piracy and enabled the block page message. Everything else is left default.

      All worked great for a few hours and then suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.

      pi3tsa could you disable and enable the DNS option on your router with a reboot in between maybe that fixes it. Someone hopefully will be more helpful.
