Loosing Parental Controls Configurations

Hi Everybody!

I'm loosing my Parental Controls configurations almost daily.  The list of sites, apps and games that I used to block to my kids get empty.  I change the password, as I think that, maybe, my teen get use of it.  But the situation persists.

Anyone with the same problem?  And a possible solution?
