NextDNS obsolete on AUR

Hi there, the Arch AUR package suggested in the doc is out-of-date : https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nextdns

One finds another one : https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nextdns-unprivileged/

* can it be used to replace the other one ?
* what does "unprivileged" mean ?
