NextDNS 1.5 (MacOS) will not install from App Store
Tried several times to update NextDNS to the next version (1.5), on a MacBook Air M1, through the App Store app. After completing the download, I should be able to install it but instead it's switching back to initial state so that my only option is to download the update again. This keeps repeating itself.

I also cannot get 1.5 to load, but I am on an Intel-based iMac running build 20G5042c of 11.5 beta. I click update, the blue circle fills most of the way in, but then it just goes back to saying "update" and the old version 1.4.3 (19) is still running.

in macos catilina not install new version not supported nor by terminal process in app store macos not found , nextdns macos dmg old version not listed anywhere found dmg for macos not even listed in github version of nextdns
