NextDNS is breaking Backblaze B2 backups

The most recent update of "NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist" began blocking requests to s3.us-east-005.backblazeb2.com, which is the endpoint used by most Backblaze users with data in us-east.

This breaks backups using B2, their backup solution.
