After uninstalling the NextDNS CLI client for Windows, the DNS address constantly reverts back to 127.0.0.1

I've uninstalled the NextDNS CLI client (DoH Proxy) and now my DNS IP address keeps reverting back to 127.0.0.1. I have no idea what's causing this even after I've uninstalled the exe. Does anyone have any ideas? My users keep losing connectivity and it's a real headache.
