Name is not picking up

On new samsung a02 I use private dns built into android like site tells us but site is still holding on to our old ZTE with is not turned on and, on our new samsung a02 it's not pulling the name. Hope fixed soon I set up like nextdns site tells us for Android for private dms built into Android 11
