Issue with NextDNS adapter

Hi everyone, first of all, I am not native English speaker, so my apologies if a I have misspellings. I'll try my best.

I'm having a weird issue, when I turn on my computer it appears as I do not have internet connection but that is not truth, I can browse normally.

I discovered that I just need to go to adapters and disable and enable the NextDNS adapter, thats all I need to do, I do not know why but it works.

So I am wondering if I need to setup something in that adapter or change something in my config to solve this issue.
