Internet not working with Kuwait ISP (STC) when using NextDNS

Hi 

STC ISP from Kuwait purportedly blocks the internet when using NextDNS. 2 other ISPs function normally with NextDNS.

STC Kuwait - No internet when using NextDNS (even AdGuardDNS)

Zain Kuwait - No problem

Ooredeoo Kuwait - No problem 

Testing methods:

-Multiple devices with DNS configuration OK status 

-3 different ISPs tested

-Wifi and Mobile Data

-Even tried all NextDNS settings or rules disabled on web panel BUT with DNS properly configured and enabled.

-NextDNS App and configuration profile tested separately 

-Ultra low latency network enabled/disabled 

-Network Bypass methods enabled/disabled

ALL of the above testing leads to the same result.

I contacted my ISP technical team and they state NextDNS blocks/does not recognise their network (strange!).

Observations on ISP that blocks NextDNS <some services work/don’t work>

Safari/Chrome - Web browsing don’t work

Instagram - Works!

WhatsApp - Text messages and voice call work. Media does not load (voice messages, photo, video)

Email clients - Mail app, Outlook don’t work.

Ring - Notifications work. App does not load.

App Store, Phone settings, updates don’t work.

Support help:

-Anyone else from Kuwait using NextDNS on STC experiencing similar issues?

-Could someone from NextDNS extend some support if this is indeed NextDNS issue or service being blocked by STC ISP?
