A false positive of "AI-Driven Thread Detection"

`dev.37signals.com` is blocked by AI-Driven Threat Detection. It appears to use `37signals-dev-blog.pages.dev` as a CNAME, and `pages.dev` is the domain of Cloudflare Pages.

Wondering why the rule was triggered. Is it something with `pages.dev`?
