Internet Completely Stops Functioning On Windows 11 PC

Hello, I recently have been trying various methods to use NextDNS on my Windows 11 installation. I can't seem to find any solutions online for this either. There were issues close to it, but after performing any solutions I found, I still encountered this issue. I attempted using Tailscale, NextDNS, YogaDNS, and the Built-In options. Each results in the same issue of not being able to load any pages, and if they do ever load it's very slow and unreliable. I ran the diagnostics tool a while ago and there were some errors without the DNS enabled. With the DNS enabled, I couldn't get the tool to load any hostnames whatsoever. NextDNS works perfectly fine on my other devices, and this only occurs on my PC. Is there any fix for this?

https://tailscale.com/kb/1218/nextdns. This works for me on Apple devices though it should work regardless of your platform, I would think.

Hi, in a terminal once nextdns is active, you can Ping && nslookup ?

Now, it seems that only Tailscale isn't working. Initially, the official app was not functioning either, but it started working after repeatedly turning it on and off.

As a wild guess, I believe the Cloudflare DNS might have enabled NextDNS as well. Visiting the my.nextdns.io website also confirms that NextDNS is working too.
