Router DNS over HTTPS?

I'm using the linked IP with the following DNS server IP's but does that give me DNS over HTTPS?

45.90.28.72

45.90.30.72

I see under the windows 11 recommended section it shows the following IP's for DoH. Should I be using these on my router instead?

45.90.30.0

45.90.28.0

    Using the IP addresses will NOT get you DoH, you need to use a piece of software on your router for that. 
    Using linked IP will only be a UDP connection.
